Tennessee Telederm Appointments

Getting set up for your first appointment is easy. We use a digital calendar that shows you every available appointment to make the process as easy as possible. Just follow these steps, and you’ll be ready in no time.

  • First, click on this Appointments link. You will be directed to Athena Health’s Patient Portal site.

  • Next, you will see and click on “Don’t have an account? Sign up today.” Creating a portal account allows you to schedule appointments, send messages to the provider, and upload pictures and documents. Completing this account is REQUIRED.

  • After completing your account, you can schedule an online dermatology appointment at a date and time convenient for you.

  • Next, you must add any additional requested information regarding your health history, preferred pharmacy, current concerns, etc.

  • Just prior to the appointment, you will receive a text or an email with the link you need for your video appointment.

  • Before your appointment, please enable video and audio settings on your device to ensure your call is successful.

  • Follow that link and check in on the day of your appointment.

  • For existing Tennessee Telederm patients, simply login to the portal and book your appointment.

After your online dermatology appointment with Kristen, your prescription will be sent to your preferred pharmacy for you to pick up. You will be sent an email with your customized skin treatment plan. Your plan will include:
